We are fans of out-door sport and we would like to propose this Finnish discipline. It lets you train and admire your surroundings “step after step”. The philosophy of Nordic Walking is the same as cycling, that is, slow travel: enjoying a leisurely trip, coming into contact with Nature, and sharing it all with your traveling comrades. We will help you with your posture while walking so that is natural and dynamic, with the aide of special poles that contribute to activating your arms with harmonic, natural and fluid movements. There is no need of special equipment, instruments or physical traits.
